Once upon a time there was a young girl who doesn’t know that she has powers or there is another world needing her help. One day she comes home from school to find her mum sitting by the front door waiting for her, so she could tell the young girl a secret.
“Hey mum, what’s up?” asks the young girl.
“Hi Hope, I have just received a letter from your grandmother saying that she needs your help but she is not living on this world,” says the young girls mother.
“Mum, I don’t think I can help out on a different world when I don’t know anything about it. I don’t think I can be the person or have the ability that they need,” says Hope.
“Hope, stop being so down on yourself and thinking that you can’t when you can. All you need is to believe in yourself and you will be able to do this Hope,” says her mum.
“Ok mum, I will have faith and hope in myself. So I can do what needs to be done,” says Hope.
After Hope’s mum finished talking to her about the other world her grandmother is on and she also grow up on but just before her 16th birthday they had to leave and come here because someone wanted her dead, which was the reason why Hope didn’t know she has powers until she needed to know. Hope’s mother shows her the powers she has and how to use them.
“Hope, even though you have all these powers, just know your greatest power is your faith and hope you give to people. Ok?” says her mum.
“Ok mum, let’s go and help gran and stop all the evil doing and give everyone their faith and hope back, so they can stop the evil is around as well,” says Hope.
So Hope’s mum went to grab a necklace from her room to give to Hope as a portal between the two worlds. Her mum was keeping hold of the necklace until it was time to hand the necklace over and for her to see the other world.
“Here you are Hope, this necklace is for you. The necklace is how you will go between both worlds and help everyone that needs you. Hope you also need to believe that you are able to help, the faith and hope you have will be able to stop all evil that comes and tries to rob, kill and destroy but you need to show that there is life and life to the full as well,” says Hope’s mum.
“Ok mum. I will believe that I have the faith and hope they need to stop the evil that comes their way or the evil that comes towards me. So how do I get to Granma with this necklace and help everyone out?” asks Hope.
“Hope all you need to do is think of being with Gran and the necklace will take you to either to where she is or to where you are needed the most but I think the necklace will take to your Grandmother first,” says Hope’s mum.
Once Hope and her mother finished talking. Hope put the necklace on her mother given her. Once Hope had the necklace on, she closed her eyes and started to believe that she was next to her grandmother seeing her smiling but when Hope opened her eyes she found, she was no longer at home but in a forest she has never seen before. There was no one around she could ask for help and there where no signs to point her in the direction she needed to go in. Hope thought it was best that she continued to look around and try to find her either Granma or someone to help her to by either directing her to her grandmother or take her to her grandmother. While walking she came across a tall young man who knows his way around the forest.
“Well. Hello there beautiful. Where are you from, why are you out here and not in town with everyone else? That is where everyone is and where all new people start off,” says the young man.
“Well mister, know it all. If you must know I am new around here and it is my first day here because I am not from this world. I am here to meet my grandmother who I haven’t seen for ages and I believed to be right next to her again but I do not see my grandmother around, all I see is you and this forest. So may you please help me get to my grandmother because I have no idea where I am, where she is and what help she needs?” says Hope.
“Well then. I will help you get to your gran and show you around as we go, beautiful,” says the young man.
“Well thank you for your help in advance, for both helping me find my gran and also showing me around as we go. Now because I really don’t like talking to strangers and when I meet gran, I would like to introduce you by your actual name, not this young man was kind enough to help me out while I was stuck in the forest. So may I please know your name? Oh and by the way my name is Hope,” says Hope.
“So, my name is Luke. You have a beautiful name Hope, it’s just a shame you don’t have hope in yourself to do what you have been called to do or be,” says the young man.
“You can’t say, I don’t have hope in myself to do what I have been called to do or be because you don’t know me, what I think about myself and if I believe in myself or not. THANK YOU EVERY MUCH!” says Hope.
Once Hope finished there was a big bust of energy that went off, which had been building up over the time of Hope’s rant.
“Whoa, beautiful. You have a lot of power there for someone so small and weak but you also have an explosive temper as well. So I really don’t want to be on the wrong side of you because once you learn how to use and control your power you will be deadly towards me,” says Luke.
“Well, thanks but I don’t think I need my powers to be deadly. So now can we please get going, so I can be with my grandmother please and stop calling me beautiful,” says Hope.
“Ok. Lets go before you do hurt me with out your powers, gorgeous,” says Luke.
Once Luke had finished, he started to show her around. As they were walking through the forest they started to meet some more people for Hope to get to now.
“Hi Luke, how are you and who is this lovely lady with long brown wavy hair walking with you?” says the first person they meet.
“Hi James, I’m good today. This lovely lady in a flower dress and wearing runners is Hope,” says Luke.
“Well, hello Hope. As Luke has just said my name is James. You seem like a girl who has faith and goes to church so don’t believe anything he says ok? Luke also you need to play nice with her,” says James.
“I do play nice James,” says Luke.
“Hello James. Thank you for your comments. I do know that I don’t need to believe anything he says and to not believe what I think about myself. Yes, I also have faith and go to church,” says Hope.
“Thank you James, for this short chat but we do need to get moving so bye,” says Luke.
“Ok, bye Luke and the beautiful Hope. I do hope and have faith that I will see you someday again. So bye,” says James.
“Bye James, I hope to see you again too,” says Hope.
Once they left James, they continued on walking. As they were walking, they came across a fast flowing river in the valley of two mountains. The only way across the river was over a bridge, which had been washed away because of the river moving to fast. The only way to get across the river now was to wade through it.
“Well then beautiful, I believe the only way to get past this river is to go through it. So ladies first,” says Luke.
“Luke! Are you crazy this is a rapid river, so if we go…” Hope says, as she didn’t get to finish what she was going to say before Luke pushed her into the river.
Once Hope was able to get over to the river bank climbed up and moved away, so she could look herself over for any serious injuries she may have gotten from the river. When she finished, she looked up and found a red curly haired girl standing in front of her looking at her wondering what had just happened.
“Hello there, my name is Alya. You’re not from around here are you? Oh my you’re drenched, tell me you didn’t try to go through the river, never mind come with me so I can help you dry off and also give you a change of clothes. You can tell me what happened even though I have an idea. That good for nothing devil but I don’t have the faith and hope in god than I used to because of all the bad things I have done,” says the girl.
“Hello. No I am not from around here and my name is Hope. Yes I am drenched but it was not fault because I was with this young man who was helping me get to my grandmother but we got to this river and the bridge was out. I told him that it was crazy but I never finished it because I was pushed into the river. I will be grateful for some dry clothes please. God has forgiven you for any sin that you have made,” says Hope.
“Thank you, now I do believe that I will be able to say no to the devil. Come on let’s get you dried off and changed Hope. While you are changing, you can tell me about your gran and this young man,” says Alya.
While Hope began to dry her herself off she told Alya about her gran needing help and she was needed to come here but she didn’t arrive near her gran but arrived in the forest. While she was looking around, she meet this boy that was going to help her find her gran but on the way they meet another boy that spoke to them. Once they left him, they continued walking until they got to the river. The bridge was washed out, the only way was to go around to find another bridge or to wade through but the river is flowing to quickly. The only option was to find another bridge but that never happened because the young man pushed Hope into the river.
“Hope, was the young man walking with you named Luke?” asks Alya.
“Yes, it was and the boy that we meet was named James. James told Luke that he needed to play nice with me, which he didn’t” says Hope.
“Well, Luke doesn’t really play nice with anyone because he is the devil Lucifer and with you being here trying to help out and giving everyone back their faith and hope, he is not liking it. So he is trying to stop you, by trying to kill you by pushing you into the river but by the looks of that he didn’t succeed in that,” says Alya.
“Yeah that’s right. Do you think he will try again, when he figures out that I am not dead from the river? Can you also lend me some clothes as well because I don’t think mine will be dry anytime soon?” asks Hope.
“Yeah, let me go and grab some and with Luke I don’t really know but maybe,” answers Alya.
Just as Alya started to go and grab some dry clothes for Hope, there was a knock at the door. Alya went and answered the door to find James standing there.
“Hi James, what do you want?” asks Alya.
“All I want to know Alya, is if Hope is OK? As that I had seen Luke push her into the river,” answers James.
“Come on in James. Yes she is ok. She is just drenched and I am going to grab her some dry clothes,” says Alya.
After Alya takes James to Hope, she leaves to go and grab some dry clothes for her. When Alya comes back she was caring dresses that were all floral designs. Hope picks one of the dresses and goes to change. When Hope came back she was wearing a white dress with red roses over it.
“UM! Hope, you look amazing in that dress,” says James with his mouth wide open.
“James! Close your mouth and stop steering because it is not nice to steer. Hope you look beautiful. Here we will help you find your gran and save you from the devils hands if he comes near you. Won’t we James?” asks Alya.
“Yes! We will help you,” says James.
“Thank you and I do believe that you can stop the devil, all you need is have faith and hope in god that he will protect you from him,” says Hope.
“Ok then lets go into town. Just let me go and get the map we need to go into town,” says Alya.
Once Alya got back with the map they headed off towards town. On their way there, Luke was waiting for them. Not to far up the mountain they were climbing.
“What are you doing here Luke? You have caused enough trouble for both James and me. You are also not causing any more trouble for Hope or even trying to kill her any more because we won’t stand for it!” says Alya.
“Yeah Luke, what she said because Hope is the best,” says James.
“You are both as weak as each other. Neither of you have the hope and faith to stop me. To give both of you the heads ups neither does she because she does not believe in herself with any thing that she needs to do. So this time I will win!” says Luke.
“Luke, dark won’t win as long as there are people who have faith and hope. Light will always win because there is always people who will believe and stop you!” says Hope.
“Well, we will see about that now won’t we beautiful,” says Luke.
Once Luke finished he walked over to Hope and flung her over his shoulder walking off leaving Alya and James staring after him. When they were far enough away and at the edge of the cliff, Luke dropped Hope on the ground. Hope hit the ground hard, she waited a few minutes before she got up. When she was standing she looked at Luke than at the edge of the cliff.
“Luke! Don’t do it because if you do then you are just like the devil and I don’t won’t to believe that,” says Hope.
“My darling Hope. I am the devil. You and your god will never have your way on this world or any world that you are on, then again you will never be on any other world because you will be dead,” says Luke.
As Luke finished Alya and James turned up. Luke looked between Alya, Hope, James and the edge of the cliff.
“Luke! Your evil ways are over. We will not allow you to continue your evil ways because now we have the hope in god that he will save us from the devil. God has forgiven us for our sins. Devil you need to leave here now,” says Alya.
“Luke, your way with us is over. You will never have control over us ever again. You will never try to rob, kill or destroy us ever again because of our happiness. So leave here now and never come back because you are the devil and you don’t belong here,” says James.
Once James finished Luke stepped closer to Hope but she know what he was planning on doing. Luke went to push Hope off the cliff but before he could Hope disappeared from in front of him, so instead of Hope falling of the cliff Luke did.
“Well. He won’t be after you anymore or trying to kill me. Now lets go find my grandmother,” says Hope.
“Hope! You can teleport yourself between places. Hang on you never told us that you even had powers because if you did we would have helped you get to your grandmother quicker. We would have know what kind of powers you had?” says Alya.
“Alya, I have only just come to know that I even had powers. All of what I have done right now is because it is natural for me to save other people before I save myself and to help others when they are in need. I don’t care if I get hurt Alya, all I care about is if the people around me that I am helping are safe,” says Hope.
Before Alya or James could say anything there was a bright light and there stood Hope’s grandmother.
“Gran. Hi, how are you? Why am I here and why didn’t I start off with you to begin with?” asks Hope.
“Hi, my darling Hope, I’m good. You are here to get rid of the devil and give people their hope and faith back. By the looks you have already started with that. As for you not coming to me at the start was because I didn’t need you and you new what you needed to do. The only thing you didn’t was your powers and how to use them but apart from that you have done great Hope,” says her Gran.
“Thank you gran but I can’t take all of the credit some of it needs to go to Alya and James. When I was in need they were there to help because of their faith and hope we all stopped Luke together,” says Hope.
“Hope, you are an angel sent by god. Caria your granddaughter is the savior that we needed for a long time, even if we didn’t think we needed to be saved,” says James.
“James, Alya, I am just thankful you were here to help. Now let’s go back to town,” says Caria.
Caria teleported them back to town where they got around of applause from everyone because they had gotten ride of the devil with only their faith and hope.
“Look my darling Hope, you believed in yourself enough to give everyone a life where hope and faith can live and where they can stand up and face their fears they have. You have shown everyone that you can smile in the face of the devil and their fears but still stand strong in the darkest of times that they are in,” says Caria.
“Thank you gran. I may not have believed in myself from the very beginning but I did stand up and smile in the face of my fears and the devil,” says Hope.
Once they got back to Caria’s house, they all sat down and drunk a cup of tea. Hope laid down on the couch and fell asleep. Neither Alya, James and Caria moved her or woke her up. Hope deserved the rest because of what she had been through that day, by what she had done and even what had happened to her by the devil trying to stop her.
